If you're joints need some WD-40, you belong in this workshop! Flexibility training is vital to joint mobility, muscular balance and everyday comfort. Stevie Wonder and Jill Scott will take you on a soulful groove to improve elasticity. You're guaranteed to leave this session feeling more limber then ever . . . and finally learning all the worlds to A Long Walk.

A cubical lifestyle can wreck havoc on the neck, lower back and hip complex. Learn non-sweaty stretches you can do in a confined space with zero equipment. This workshop is perfect for anybody sitting for long periods of time (aka America).

dIVAS-IN-TRAINING: ONE AND DONE

Divas-In-Training ain't yo' momma's bootcamp.  This 90-minute event is half workout, half workshop.  The workout features easy-to-execute movements designed to improve your quality of life (including twerking), while the workshop is about building your confidence in and out of the gym.  All sizes, genders, all abilities welcome; no equipment needed, except a yoga mat!
