She is an inspiration. She is a master teacher. She teaches all the things that we dream of am of teaching in pole. Confidence, self-love, sexiness, and the art of pole dancing. If you have the opportunity to bring Roz to see you at your studio do it.

I just want to tell you how much you have inspired me to change my life. I’ve lost about 20 pounds, have been exercising, but MOST IMPORTANTLY, I am accepting who I am, and just trying to make a better version of who I already am, not change myself. You have been such a colossal inspiration and your crazy, funny, obscene, smart posts get me through some rough days. Seeing a body that looks as beautiful as yours, that is like my body, helps my self image, every day. Thank you for being such a powerful role model.

Throw That Ass in a Circle

There’s so much beauty in spins on a static pole . . . if you know how to use it. This workshop teaches you how to harness your own power -- the power in that ass, specifically -- to create momentum.  We’ll start with classic spins from your pole childhood, then get a lil’ funkier. On the menu:

A crash course in pole physics

Using your butt and legs to build momentum

Detailed breakdown of dip turns, backspins, full brackets, Juliettes, body spirals, etc.

    Stacking them all together

    Freestyle time!

  • 90 minutes
  • Minimum: 6, Maximum: 2 per pole
  • ALL body types and ALL skill levels welcome!
  • Required pole skills: BEGINNER friendly; knowledge of at least one forward spin and one backward spin.

The Mile High (Heels) Club

Snatch those Pleasers, throw on some knee pads and prepare to own the stage.  This workshop is a slow sex party at the base of the pole, featuring your favorite pole shoes.  Here’s what trouble we’re getting into:

Lots of heel clacks

No inverting!  Everything is standing height or lower

Maybe a nip slip, if you're lucky
