Roz the Diva has travelled to forty states and nine countries preaching her gospel of movement for every body. Her signature workshops inspire students and fellow instructors how to live their best pole lives. Let’s do this!
Build Your Confidence
Class Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Max Capacity: 2 people per pole
Beginners & all genders welcome!
This workshop teaches you how to harness your own power– the power in that ass, specifically – to create momentum for spins around a static pole. We will start with classic spins from your pole childhood (chair, dip turn & full brackets), then get a lil’ funkier (body spirals & Juliettes).
Throw That Ass In A Circle
Class Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Max Capacity: 2 people per pole
Beginners & all genders welcome!
Take a break from herculean tricks and work on building your self-pole-esteem. Ditch your insecurities and learn how to feel a little more comfortable on any stage. We’ll experiment with tempo, eye contact partner work, and a few other extroverted thaaangs. Students will have the option of closing the class with a solo freestyle to their favorite song!
Plus Size Pole Dancing
Class Time: 2 Hours
Max Capacity: 2 people per pole
Students & teachers welcome!
Pole dancing is really, REALLY hard when you’re in a large body. Period. Both students and instructors are invited to learn about defining plus size, the importance of instructor diversity, class structure and lots of SPOTTING techniques!
Inverts 101
Class Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Max Capacity: 2 people per pole
Beginners & all genders welcome!
Hauling your ass into the air is one of the most difficult and sought after skills to master. This workshop introduces inverting to students who've never tried it, while helping seasoned veterans polish their skills. We'll start with a core-centric warm up, practice positioning for the floor, then fly those asses to the clouds.

Roz has a natural ability to put students at ease through conversation, jokes, and ice breakers. She is very good at visually describing how something should feel in a way that is engaging and funny. As a student athlete, this makes it easy to focus on the hilarity of the situation, rather than how scary something can be.
With that said, Roz will also be a rock solid spot so you don’t hurt yourself. I’ve never felt more comfortable with speaking and giving feedback to an instructor. She will listen to you, and then give suggestions or support as needed. And there is space to just work on getting to a move, and that is super valuable to just have a place to BE.

Getting to take both Inverts 101 & Plus Size Pole Dancing was incredible. Not only did I get a chance to learn from her regarding class content but as a teacher watching a veteran teacher who knows her stuff, can work with different levels in the same class, and who understands how bodies move in space was amazing.
